Even escalopes and steaks can be prepared without time-consuming turning. The original RATIONAL accessories are designed specifically for the units. They are of top quality and thus ideal for daily, hard use in the professional kitchen.

The truth is Rational, Lincat and Frima items should be installed and commissioned by trained engineers, not necessarily our engineers but trained engineers, but this is not always possible especially for overseas sales and some remote areas, so services need to be right, so ask your questions here.
